OSEA offers a variety of equine reproductive services, including:

• Pre-breeding health exams

• Equine artificial insemination

• Equine infertility evaluations

• Evaluation and management of mares for breeding by natural service or artificial insemination (AI)

• Elective obstetrical surgeries

• Care and management of mares from conception to delivery

Equine artificial insemination can be performed with either fresh or frozen semen. Due to the unpredictability of ambulatory practice, it is difficult to schedule artificial insemination services on the farm. To provide accurate monitoring of the mare and optimal timing for insemination, we generally require that your mare be housed in our clinic for the duration of her estrus cycle.
